The on-line programme that ticks all of the boxes! Classes are streamed via ZOOM live 12.15pm for 1 week at the beginning of each month. There is a Library of recordings that you have access to 24/7 via our Virtual Group Training Private Facebook Group! Great option if you can not make class in person! 

 

 The Virtual Programme is FREE to all subscribing members on weekly and monthly memberships. Card holders and pay as you go can pay per live stream class but do not get access to the Library of recordings. 

 

Clients are loving the fact that you can either join a live interactive session OR do the workout in your own time! And the benefits and outcomes are proving to be amazing with weight loss, strength and fitness gains in a matter of weeks. Clients also love the fact that when they can not get to the studio they do a workout from home! Great for busy Mums and Dads with young children OR those working from home!

Monday – Upper Body Strength and Tone(30 mins) Have weights available (K/B or Dumbells) Resistance and Strength training sets designed to strengthen and tone the Upper body and Abs.

Tuesday – Lower Body Strength & Tone (30 mins) Resistance and Strength training sets designed to strengthen and tone the lower body and Abs.

 

Wednesday – SubCore30 – 30 min Ab and Core workout

 

Thursday – Full Body Strength and Tone (45 mins) Resistance and Strength training sets designed to strengthen and tone the Upper, Lower body and Abs

 

Friday – Kettle Bell Blast – 30 minute Kettle Bell Workout
