HIIT 

Interval Timed Circuits along with exercises to work muscle and boost metabolism. The 30 minute class includes weights, resistance and bodyweight exercises that work to develop strength and power whilst also giving you an intense cardio workout.

SATURDAY BOOTCAMP!

 

1 hour fun session every Saturday morning for all fitness levels – Strength, Cardio Fitness, Agility – Team work and challenges! All sessions are different but with one thing in common – to bring us all together, have fun and end the week right!

 

SAF! (Strong As @#)

Build Strength and Power in this awesome 45 to 60 minute Weight Training class and get SAF! 

The focus on this session is Strength and Power 

Ensuring good form and technique and using a wide variety of different equipment. Included in the sessions are weighted strength exercises to build long lean muscles, and core and abdominal strength.

 

FAST40

40 Minute Class– Strength and Conditioning workouts designed by our awesome Strive2BFIT Coaches. Improve your Muscle Mass, Strength, Movement and Flexibility Guaranteed to get the heart pumping and muscles working hard. It is Fast, Fun and Effective!

 

METAFIT

Short, intense, effective. Boost metabolism, build muscle, burn fat, and increase fitness all in 30 minutes! All Fitness levels are catered for! Metafit is true HIIT, using all bodyweight exercises, it is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible.

 

Why 30 Minutes? Everyone works at their own ability and pace unlike most classes where you all perform movements in sync. Metafit is a super-efficient workout which means you can spend less time training each week while still cashing in on all the fat burning, metabolism boosting, and heart-pounding benefits!

 

PILATES

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Improve your physical strength, flexibility, and posture with this awesome 1 hour class.

 

STRETCH & RECOVER 

Stretch, Movement and Flexibility – allow your muscles to length and moves to recover from a hard week of exercise! We will also include assistance with Foam Rolling and an opportunity to teach you best practice recovery techniques.

 

 

LUNCHTIME PROGRAMME 

 

The lunchtime programme is also live streamed Virtually and as a subscribing member you get access to a large library of recordings 24/7 

 

UPPER BODY STRENGTH AND TONE 

 

Work on building a strong and toned upper body through resistance training sets and circuits. Includes a Core and Abdominal Finisher. 

 

LOWER BODY STRENGTH AND TONE 

 

Work on building a strong and toned lower body through resistance training sets and circuits. Includes a Core and Abdominal Finisher. 

 

SUB30 CORE™

 

Sub30 Core™ is an effective 20 minute workout that targets every aspect of the core; from the abdominals, to the obliques, and the back region.

 

FULL BODY STRENGTH AND TONE

 

Work on building a strong and toned lower and upper body through resistance training sets and circuits. Includes a Core and Abdominal Finisher. 

 

KETTLE BELL BLAST 

 

30 Minute Kettle Bell Session working on Strength, Movement and Cardio!

65 years Plus Pilates – 1 Hour focussed on building a strong core, mobility and flexibility.

 

STRONG GOLD 

 

Class for ages 65 years plus – Building on Strength and stamina. Circuit training using weights and other gym equipment. Keep moving, keep strong and agile in this awesome 1 hour class!

 

MUMS AND BABY Sessions 

We offer two sessions a week for Mums and Babies – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10.15am – 11am.
